COVID-19 PRESENTS ALTERED LANDSCAPE FOR STUDENT TEACHERS
At Ithaca College, Music Education majors are required to complete one block of student teaching. For my latest story, I interviewed three IC students who are completing their requirements during a pandemic to understand how it has altered their learning and teaching experiences. Students say COVID-19 has lowered class participation and has made it difficult to form relationships with students.
SURVEY REVEALS COLLEGE-VOTING TRENDS, ITHACA COLLEGE STUDENTS WEIGH IN
A recent survey conducted by College Pulse and The Knight Foundation suggests new trends in college voting. Based on data from the survey, this video highlights the key influences in current voting trends amongst college students and highlights the opinions of two Ithaca College students regarding the upcoming election and COVID-19.

A multimedia package featuring Maddy Walsh and Mike Suave of Maddy Walsh and The Blindspots. Walsh and Suave discuss the need to fundraise and the response from fans when they launched theirs. In an at-home interview, Walsh and Suave reflect on how COVID-19 has impacted their band.
